 Pushrod type steel ball heat treatment production line, mainly used for quenching, normalizing and other heat treatment of wear-resistant steel balls, medium and small metal parts, with a maximum heating temperature of 1100 degrees Celsius.

 
The pushrod type steel ball heat treatment production line is composed of main parts such as heating furnace body, pusher, track, loading frame, flipping mechanism, quenching oil tank, hydraulic station, and electric control system.
 
The pushrod type steel ball heat treatment production line, almost all mechanical actions, such as the lifting of the pushrod flange and furnace door, are driven by hydraulic pressure, and all hydraulic oil is centralized and controlled by a hydraulic station for stable operation. Make the mechanical action system of the production line simple and efficient. The operation process is to first fill the material basket with steel balls and place them on the worktable in front of the furnace. The hydraulic drive cylinder opens the front and rear furnace doors, and the cylinder push head pushes the material baskets placed on the rollers into the heating furnace in sequence. At this time, the front and rear furnace doors are closed to continue heating, and the work cycle of each material basket is completed.
 
The fully automatic production mode not only ensures the stability of the heat treatment process, but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operators. A new generation of energy-saving continuous heat treatment equipment designed in conjunction with the most advanced automated program control system has the characteristics of safety, energy conservation, smooth operation, simple operation, and high degree of automation.
 
The power of the electric heater is arranged according to the process and adjusted accordingly during the debugging process. The pushing cycle is adjustable, and the furnace door, push rod, and discharge table are controlled by a PC and interlocked. The temperature control instrument is a PID adjustable meter, with controllable temperature display and equipped with break couple protection and over temperature alarm.
 
The furnace door mechanism is driven by a hydraulic oil cylinder to complete the opening and closing action of the furnace door, and a limit switch is used to limit the travel of the furnace door.
 
The pusher is composed of a pusher workbench, oil cylinder, and hydraulic device. The oil cylinder pushes the material basket into the furnace workbench with rollers.
 
The track is made of heat-resistant cast steel, with rollers and material trays passing through the rollers. This can reduce the running resistance of the material tray. The material basket is made of heat-resistant cast steel.
 
 
 
1. Furnace lining: The outer shell is welded with channel steel and steel plates. The furnace lining is an energy-saving composite lining made of high-strength ultra-light refractory bricks and aluminum silicate refractory fibers. The top is covered with a fire-resistant flat plate, and the insulation layer is made of silicon high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate fiber cotton, which has good insulation performance.
 
 
 
2. Heating element: The heating element adopts the capital high-temperature resistance wire (Ocr27AL7MO2) placed on the left and right sides of the furnace and the wire laying bricks under the furnace, and the three heating contacts make the furnace temperature uniform.
 
 
 
3. Hydraulic device: The furnace door lifting mechanism and pusher are composed of a hydraulic oil cylinder driving device, which completes the opening and closing of the furnace door and the feeding action of the pusher, and limits the travel of the furnace door with a limit switch.
 
 
 
4. Track: It is made of heat-resistant cast steel, and is equipped with rollers and material trays for passage on the rollers. This can reduce the running resistance of the material tray and prevent it from arching.
 
 
 
5. Electric control system: temperature control, mechanical action.
 
(1) Temperature control
 
The device is designed with multiple zones for individual temperature control. Each temperature zone adopts a dual core thermocouple for temperature control and temperature detection. The control method is programmable PID automatic adjustment, and a thyristor zero crossing trigger circuit is used for temperature adjustment and zero crossing trigger. The use of an intelligent digital display temperature controller can set, correct, display, control, and provide sound and light alarms after overheating.
 
(2) Mechanical action control
 
The main circuit of the motor mainly consists of fuses, thermal relays, AC contactors, etc. Complete the start stop control and overcurrent, overload, and short circuit protection of the motor.
 
All mechanical action controls are composed of PC programmable logic control, intermediate relays, buttons, indicator lights, etc. Complete the start stop control of the motor, periodic action control, and all mechanical action interlocking protection. Ensure the normal and reliable operation of the furnace.
