  Well type nitriding furnace is a device used for nitriding treatment, commonly used for surface hardening of high-speed rigid gears. It adopts a closed studio structure, and the workpiece is usually placed on a rotatable work frame to ensure uniform nitriding effect.

 
The nitriding treatment process is to expose the surface of the workpiece to a gas environment containing ammonia.
